Salad recipes need not be sad. This saucy salade nicoise is unforgettable, if rebellious. But that’s what we do: break the rules.
How’s it hanging? Thick and zesty for us, charred medium-rare with a drizzle of garlicky chimichurri sauce on top. It’s more than a mouthful, but we can handle it, thank you very much.
