To easily cut prosciutto: toss it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes (NOT LONG ENOUGH TO FREEZE).
Once you remove it, it will easily peel away from the sheets, roll it up and use your kitchen scissors to julienne the prosciutto. You will now have thin circles. Cut the top and the bottom with your scissors too.
Sangria on the Fly
Throw chunks of frozen fruit (mangos, berries, pineapples) in with red wine and you’ve got a quick and dirty sangria.

Toss pasta with fresh tomatoes, fresh (none of that dried out, nasty shit) basil, prosciutto and top with the best parmesan cheese you can afford. PS: you can fry that prosciutto up and make it bacon-esque is salty and crunch is your think (and really, it should be).
