The Alpine Skiier
1 c. whole milk
1 c. heavy cream
1 vanilla bean
1/2 c. chopped white chocolate (the best you can find)
1/4 tsp. honey
2 shots of Amaretto
Gently warm heavy cream and milk with the gooey black goodness inside the vanilla bean. Whisk in white chocolate until it’s nice and frothy.
Whisk in the honey and take off the heat. Add Amaretto and pour into a mug. Top with whipped cream and shaved white chocolate (as if this isn’t already luscious enough for you).
